The President and co-founder of Afghan Underground is a practicing attorney and retired U.S. Military Officer and veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan. He is focused on fundraising and individual case management.

The Director is an administrator at a state university. He is focused on fundraising and establishing local supports for the  resettlement of Commandos and their families.

The Chief Vetting Officer is a former  high ranking officer with the Afghan National Army Special Operations Command who advises Afghan Underground on each Commando's credentials and service history prior to their acceptance in the Afghan Underground program.
